Our experienced team of midwives provide lactation consultant home visits, or sessions at one of our clinics. We\u2019ll carry out a thorough breastfeeding assessment and troubleshoot with you. Jamu Postnatal Massage and Abdominal Binding<\/strong><\/p>

This ancient 17th century Indonesian technique aims to restore wellbeing and strength to new mothers. It uses natural herbs and massage to energise muscles and help you feel relaxed. Following Jamu massage, we use abdominal binding to help restore your body to its pre-pregnancy shape. A long cotton cloth is wrapped around the pelvis and stomach area to help reduce water retention. Our team received their training and certification in Bali, Indonesia, and speak English and Cantonese.<\/p>
